Client Agreement
Policy Implementation Date: Mumbai – 01/01/2025

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Velvets Twilight (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”) for event planning and management services.

1. Scope of Services

Velvets Twilight agrees to provide event-related services as discussed and mutually approved, including but not limited to catering, décor, choreography, artist and DJ bookings, LED walls and screens, sound and lighting, generator services, venue coordination, photography, videography, stage management, car booking, and hospitality management.

All services will be executed as per the finalized quotation and agreed specifications.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance is required to confirm the booking and reserve the event date.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule before event execution.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

3. Changes & Additional Services

Any modifications, additions, or upgrades requested after final approval may incur additional charges. All changes must be confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • Payments made toward products, vendor bookings, artist bookings, or customized items are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Refunds, if applicable, depend solely on vendor recoveries.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details and timelines.
  • Obtain necessary venue permissions and licenses (if not included in service scope).
  • Ensure timely payments as agreed.
  • Cooperate with the event team for smooth execution.

6. Liability

Velvets Twilight will ensure professional service execution; however, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or venue restrictions.
  • Damages caused by guests or external parties.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, layouts, and production ideas remain the intellectual property of Velvets Twilight unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in Mumbai, India.

10. Acceptance

By signing below or confirming services via written communication and payment, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
