Returns & Refunds Policy
Policy Implementation Date: Mumbai – 01/01/2025
All advance payments made to confirm bookings are strictly non-refundable, as they secure the event date, vendor bookings, and production arrangements.
All products supplied or customized for events — including décor materials, LED panels, stage setups, printed materials, props, gift items, customized merchandise, catering supplies, and any specially sourced items — are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered, produced, or delivered.
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.
If the client cancels the event:
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and vendor approval. Additional charges may apply. Payments already made may be adjusted toward the new date only where vendor policies permit.
As Velvets Twilight provides customized event services (catering, décor, choreography, DJ sets, LED walls, sound and lighting, generator services, photography, videography, stage management, and hospitality coordination), refunds are not applicable once services have been delivered or executed as per the agreed scope.
In cases of government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies, refund or credit options will be reviewed mutually based on vendor recoveries and incurred costs.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 business days via the original mode of payment.
