1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and signed service agreement. Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable advance is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule before the event commencement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount is non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be subject to vendor commitments and prior expenses already incurred.

4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, permissions, venue access, and necessary approvals required for smooth execution.

5. Changes & Modifications
Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges depending on availability, vendor pricing, and execution feasibility.

6. Force Majeure
Velvets Twilight shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

7. Liability
We ensure professional handling of all services; however, we are not liable for damages caused by third-party vendors, guests, or venue limitations.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Velvets Twilight remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Compliance
All services are subject to local laws and regulations applicable in Mumbai and other operational locations.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
